I have front set of 2 tires 1 year and around 20000km old, and rear set 6 months and around 10000km. Tyres are excellent for my car on dry and wet. There's not much snow in this part of England, but was some WET snow last winter and tyres were good on start and in curves but on braking just slide (wet snow i suppose). I have been on the road trip this summer 5000km+, and tyres aren't worn at all. Good grip in curves on motorway at high speed (up to 180 km/h) on dry and wet.

Better all around than the tyres supplied with the car
05.01.2024 from Nick Ibrahim
I drive mostly in the city at low speeds however when taking to motorways in the UK I drive at 70MPH and in Europe at 75MPH. The drive is smooth and fuel economy is excellent, tyre wear is good and noise levels within the car is minimal.
08.06.2023 from Nathan Gillick
Excellent safe and fun. You need to give warning when it won’t arrive for weeks before the customer pays though. I was stuck without something suitable. It’s not acceptable.

Good grip, solid performance on rough country roads, and smooth enough on A roads, balanced breaking and no vehicle shudder
05.02.2025 from Dean
I've done around 8500 miles so far in mostly poor weather , very good grip in all winter conditions and mild conditions. Good all rounder.
28.05.2024 from Marcis
Good grip on wet and dry roads. Reasonable grip on snow and icy roads. Noisy on dry roads. Fuel consumption has increased. All in all decent tyres.
07.04.2024 from Harry
Incredibly capable tyre for all conditions, but my experience on the roads in West Yorkshire will probably dictate that I don't purchase these tyres again as they are too soft on the sidewall, they do need some sort of protective band. The roads a terrible around Haworth for potholes, and in this case I could not dodge one and it has ripped the sidewall and damaged the rim, rendering the tyre scrap.

28.01.2024 from David Gauld
When I bought the car in September last year it had recently been fitted with Kumho Ecsta PS71. These were quite skippy on the wet roads despite being marketed as a good performer in wet conditions. Since fitting the CrossClimate 2's I have had far better grip in the wet and winter conditions. We have had loads of rain, flooded roads then ice and then a week of snow. These tyres give confidence in these conditions and help improve the safety of your drive in those conditions. Will buy again.

17.04.2023 from CNicol
When I bought my BMW 3 series I had off brand summer tyres on it. I bought Michelin Crossclimate 2 tyres for it and noticed the difference in the handling on dry roads immediately. The car was much firmer and secure on the road when driving at speed. When driving in the torrential wet I found these tyres to struggle a bit but general rain fall they are fine. Took a year and a half before I got serious snow to test them in. I had to drive home 30 miles on rural roads at 5am with no snow tracks to help and to make things harder I was in a rear wheel BMW. These tyres handle it perfectly, they are incredible in snow. Finally, I am a year and a half/ 10000 miles into them and they easy have another 7K/8K worth of miles in them. 5 stars all round, I'm buying them again no question.
24.04.2022 from Len
Grip on wet roads is excellent. No snow since purchase, so can only estimate it as very good. Comfortable ride, but slightly noisier than a regular tyre. Car handles very well on the Crossclimates.

Highly Adaptable Tyres for All Weathers

Highly Adaptable Tyres for All Weathers

When it comes to the 205/50 R17 all-season tyres, there is an impressive number of models currently available on the market. They are an increasingly popular choice with buyers seeking for tyres delivering longer tread life and solid performance all year round. That is especially the case in countries moderate climate during winter months. By fitting your car with all-weather tyres, you actually save a considerable amount of money while skipping the hassle of changing tyre sets twice a year. Thanks to major breakthroughs in the rubber manufacturing technology during the last decade, all-rounders now offer performance that can easily compete with regular seasonal tyres.

Numerous Tyre Models in Our Offer

As part of a vast array of the 205/50 R17 all-season tyres available in our online store, the Michelin CrossClimate stands out as a highly dependable and durable model. Capable of reaching speeds up to 168 mph (270 km/h), this great tyre offers high levels of comfort and stability in all types of weather. What sets it apart from the competitors is an intelligent new mix of compounds that gives it outstanding grip in all road conditions. The CrossClimate also benefits from its unique V-shaped tread pattern thanks to which it achieves impressive braking performance and optimized fuel consumption. On top of that, an independent testing has shown that Michelin’s popular all-weather tyre lasts 6430 km longer than its rivals, on average.

Besides the aforementioned model, our stock of the 205/50 R17 all-season tyres has a great deal of other options in store. To name just a few, we offer models in all price ranges, including the BF Goodrich g-Grip All Season 2, Goodyear Vector 4 Seasons G2, Nokian Weatherproof, Tristar Ecopower 4S, etc. You can find all these as well as numerous other tyre models for all types of vehicles at Autopink-shop.co.uk. Our primary goal is to provide professional service, competitive pricing, and quick delivery to your doorstep.
