Despite age of design, perfectly good tyre for everyday road conditions. Purchased replacement rear set for previous SP9000s.Stike a good price/performance balance vis a vis more expensive brands. In my experience wear rate is better than most equivalents especially cheaper well reviewed brands. Also ride comfort is better than Bridgestone and Michelin alternatives on my Msport suspension settings and for UK road conditions (haven't tried Continental). Needless to say, like all these type of tyres, are not designed for snow but provide very good grip and progressive break away in wet and slippery conditions.

awful grip in the wet. caution must be used when exiting corners, roundabouts in the rain.apart from that very good.
