Identify the size of your tyre
The exact dimensions of a tyre can be found on the sidewall printed mark. The graphic shows how to read properties and dimensions of the tyre:

SPEED INDEX:
The speed index indicates the maximum speed intended for the tyre. Up to this value, the manufacturer guarantees optimum operation with the appropriate tyre pressure. The maximum speed allowed for this vehicle is given in the vehicle owner's manual; this information can be used to select the appropriate speed index for the tyre. The speed index is the last mark on the sidewall of the tyre.
 
Load Index
Permissible maximum axle load per tyre in kg. To be found in the registration certificate or vehicle registration document or read directly from the tyre (two-digit number). It is permitted to fit a tyre with a higher load index.
 
Driving safety despite puncture
Runflat tyres are puncture-resistant tyres with reinforced sidewalls. This creates the so-called run-flat property. In the event of damage, this allows the vehicle to continue driving up to a distance of approx. 100 km (and even beyond depending on the product) at a maximum speed of 80 km/h, even if the pressure has been completely lost. Run-flat tyres even prevent the tyre rubber from jumping off the rim in the event of a loss of air pressure. A flat tyre is therefore still a flat tyre, but it loses some of its drama. Note: All run-flat tyres are marked with the symbol "RSC" (Runflat System Component) and may only be fitted in vehicles with a functioning air pressure control system!
 
Tyres with increased load capacity
Reinforced tyres are designed for higher loads than normal tyres. They can be identified by the designation 'RF' (reinforced) or also 'XL' or 'Extra Load'. They are used on vans, minibuses, off-road vehicles, etc. However, their mounting alone does not automatically result in higher load capacity but also requires a correspondingly higher air pressure. Furthermore, the load capacity index specified in the vehicle documents continues to apply.
 
Tyres with extra high load capacity
The "C" in the term C tyres stands for "commercial". These tyres are specially designed for commercial vehicles. These can be, for example, lighter trucks, delivery vans, flatbed trucks or panel vans. In other words: vehicles that have to move higher loads at a comparatively lower speed. The multi-ply reinforced C tyres are therefore even more load-bearing than reinforced tyres.
 
Mobility-optimised tyres
A tyre with a sealing layer on the opposite side of the tyre tread. In the event of a puncture (e.g. by a nail), this layer blocks any loss of air, even if the foreign body causing the puncture is still in the tyre. It is not necessary to stop or change the tyres immediately at the roadside.

Original equipment quality: optimum adjustment to the vehicle
Tyres with a special OEM marking on the sidewall, e.g. "MO" for Mercedes-Benz, were developed in cooperation with a specific car manufacturer and the tyre industry. These tyres have been homologated by the vehicle manufacturer and are a perfect match for a specific model. They have been specially designed to highlight or further improve the performance characteristics of the car in question, thus representing the culmination of a state-of-the-art fine-tuning process that perfectly complements the latest technological developments in the automotive industry. Tyres with manufacturer's markings can of course also be used on other vehicles.

Exceptional behaviour in wet .Good in dry conditions but not for extremely fast driving. Excellent breaking properties. Very high mileage!!

Terrible grip especially on wet - went sliding on a roundabout with slow speed. Simply doesn’t grip on the road well. I have tried several tyres in my driving time but these sadly are one of the worst purchases I’ve made. I was hopeful as it’s Goodyear but it’s a huge disappointment. Don’t waste your money on this. The noise isn’t too bad, but fuel consumption is poor and so it’s the grip!

Nearly perfect road tyre in my opinion. I usually drive sensibly, but often "spirited" and found no major downsides, grips really well. ~2000 miles so far I don't see any wear at all (unlike the budget tyres I had before). The only drawback was going through puddles at speed, but I think that's more my car lacking a limited slip diff.

I used to own Primacy 4's which I liked very much, but pricewise 4'were too expensive. I think Goodyear Efficient Grip 2 are very comfortable tyres. They produce less internal noise when compared to Primacy 4's. Also Goodyear Efficient Grip 2 are softer and less precise (just by marginal difference) than Primacy 4's. Overall I like Goodyear Efficient Grip 2 very much and I think these are safe, comfortable and well pierced premium tyres. I'll buy these tyres again for sure. I would say I should do around 45,000 km in this tyres (front axle) seeing current usage (1.3mm) after 8,500 km.

I originally picked Fulda Sport Control 2 because they had the lowest noise rating of any tyre I could find in comparisons. Some other tyres have a low noise rating but quieter tyres are hard to find. Fulda are a German manufactured brand which puts them in a different league from the tyres made in 3rd world countries in terms of quality but they're also middle priced so you're getting a good tyre for a good price. I've now had these all round on 3 cars and driven them over many years and 10s of thousands of miles and unless something better comes along I'll be sticking with them for the moment. Aside from being quiet I can't fault them on grip and wear although if they were less grippy or faster wearing I'd be prepared to accept that in return for the quieter running. A lot of modern cars have wheels which are far too large and the Fulda Sport Control 2 helps to mitigate the noise created by wide low profile tyres making the car much nicer to drive.

It's a fine set of tyres. I don't push the car so can't really comment on its braking abilities and I haven't taken enough statistics to confirm any fuel efficiency differences from the manufacturer-provided tyres. However I can confirm that the moment I drove away from the garage with the new tyres, it was noticeably quieter, enough that some in my family noticed. Since buying the tyres the main roads to work have been torn up and the current temporary roads are really quite bad and will probably tear up the tyres far faster than normal roads would... who knows how bad the noise in the car would have been with the old ones.

A great performing tyre for the cost. Only area of concern is on damp roads and losing grip under hard acceleration (front wheel drive car, with lots of diesel torque). Very quiet compared to my last factory fitted Michelin.

These are an excellent alternative to the Michelin Alpin A3 which I have historically run. They were cracking before wearing out. I needed something that would stick the power of the vehicle and be controllable. These fit the bill admirably.

Great tyres for the price. Kept grip in the snow and ice we had in winter. Noticed a big difference in grip compared to my all seasons tyres. They perform brilliantly for the price. Extra fuel consumption is minimal. Would purchase again.

There was an error with my address, the courier got a mixed of and different address which dose not exist , and therefor could not deliver my tyers . I am still waiting for any response to the investigation into where my tyers are from mytyres , at the recommendation of the courier . In short I had to use the deteriorating winter tyres I fortunately still had , which performed perfectly adequately for the duration of what winter we had .

Car now relegated to daughters using it for general use. Fairly rural roads, with. mixed road surfaces. The XL rating of the tyre & tread pattern is good for going up a farm track to where the pony has stable.

4 tyres fitted to a small Kangoo van. They perform well for a slow, tough little van/car that is used for ferrying building materials and going to and from building sites. I don't drive fast or try to push the van beyond it's limits. For this purpose the tyyes are very adequate.

Fabulous tyres and exceptional wear, considering the price point of these, especially given my driving style. I'll definitely see over 20000 miles on these tyres which I find remarkable on a heavy car with over 400hp. Could I have better grip, sure for twice the price. Do you really need it, even for having fun on UK roads, no! They are soft rubber though, so you'll know if your alignment is out, these didn't last long on my Merc V Class!

Doing relatively high mileage of over 40k every year, I've been through various different premium tyres over the years. Let me tell you, in the 5k miles on these tyres so far I'd say they're pound for pound up there with premium tyres for everyday driving. I've found them to be really good in the wet, no major drama with aquaplaning and my heavy right foot has encountered no issues in cornering. Strangely, I've found that I'm more confident with these in the wet than dry- they tend to be slightly unpredictable when pushing on. Not a massive issue by any means and shouldn't put anybody off, it's just highlighted by my spirited driving style! Wear seems to be decent so far, but as I said I've only done 5k so far so too early to tell. All in all, great value for money and worth a try. On 20's, The Goodyear Eagle F1s that I had on previously were £160 each, whereas I got these for £115. 200 quid saved, and genuinely no worse performance. Well done Viking!

Tyres can be noisy over rougher surfaces but seem to be lasting well. Not really had any snow to speak of to test them on properly but perform well enough in very wet conditions on roads. Fuel consumption seems to be slightly worse than with summer tyres fitted but not too noticeable, getting around 35mpg at each fill up - was getting 35 to 38 with previous tyres.

I am using xl 97v 205 55 16. Tyre is really good in terms of driving dynamics either in snow or dry. I am more satisfied then my hankook summer tyres installed by the car manufacturer in hot weather and did not observe any weakness in snow. No effect on fuel consumption. No sign of unusual wear. It shows little weakness in aquaplaning. Its major down side is noise. If the road surface is good noise level is acceptable , but as the surface gets worse noise levels becomes unbearable. Moreover I was very satisfied in terms of road noise with my older summer tyres of which have noise level rating of 71db. I would definitely by it for a better road noise insulated car but not with my current car.
