Identify the size of your tyre
The exact dimensions of a tyre can be found on the sidewall printed mark. The graphic shows how to read properties and dimensions of the tyre:

SPEED INDEX:
The speed index indicates the maximum speed intended for the tyre. Up to this value, the manufacturer guarantees optimum operation with the appropriate tyre pressure. The maximum speed allowed for this vehicle is given in the vehicle owner's manual; this information can be used to select the appropriate speed index for the tyre. The speed index is the last mark on the sidewall of the tyre.
 
Load Index
Permissible maximum axle load per tyre in kg. To be found in the registration certificate or vehicle registration document or read directly from the tyre (two-digit number). It is permitted to fit a tyre with a higher load index.
 
Driving safety despite puncture
Runflat tyres are puncture-resistant tyres with reinforced sidewalls. This creates the so-called run-flat property. In the event of damage, this allows the vehicle to continue driving up to a distance of approx. 100 km (and even beyond depending on the product) at a maximum speed of 80 km/h, even if the pressure has been completely lost. Run-flat tyres even prevent the tyre rubber from jumping off the rim in the event of a loss of air pressure. A flat tyre is therefore still a flat tyre, but it loses some of its drama. Note: All run-flat tyres are marked with the symbol "RSC" (Runflat System Component) and may only be fitted in vehicles with a functioning air pressure control system!
 
Tyres with increased load capacity
Reinforced tyres are designed for higher loads than normal tyres. They can be identified by the designation 'RF' (reinforced) or also 'XL' or 'Extra Load'. They are used on vans, minibuses, off-road vehicles, etc. However, their mounting alone does not automatically result in higher load capacity but also requires a correspondingly higher air pressure. Furthermore, the load capacity index specified in the vehicle documents continues to apply.
 
Tyres with extra high load capacity
The "C" in the term C tyres stands for "commercial". These tyres are specially designed for commercial vehicles. These can be, for example, lighter trucks, delivery vans, flatbed trucks or panel vans. In other words: vehicles that have to move higher loads at a comparatively lower speed. The multi-ply reinforced C tyres are therefore even more load-bearing than reinforced tyres.
 
Mobility-optimised tyres
A tyre with a sealing layer on the opposite side of the tyre tread. In the event of a puncture (e.g. by a nail), this layer blocks any loss of air, even if the foreign body causing the puncture is still in the tyre. It is not necessary to stop or change the tyres immediately at the roadside.

Just set the new tyres like three days ago and today a rain has come, a light rain. I had troubles stopping from speed of 70km/h in a kilometer long hill going down around 15 degrees. The temperature was around 10 degrees Celsium

In comparison to other Hankook tyre types i've used over the years these were terrible verging on dangerous in respect to grip whilst breaking in all conditions. I have removed these tyres and reverted to the part worns previously fitted. There is something very wrong with the compound of these tyres.

Fitted to a 1978 Dolomite Sprint for a European endurance run. Great grip and braking - very confident drive through the Alps and on some of those crazy European motorway interchanges with tight turns. Very pleased with these tyres and will busy again for this vehicle and the modern!

I had no snow this year so have to leave the impression that they do not perform. This false reading is a function of the survey's unintelligent layout/creation!! These are great tyres on Scottish winter(!) roads and I am still using them in summer without obvious wear. My old van will not see another winter so I will never know about their snow-go! Whatever I drive next will have tyres like these if the price is similar. I don't drive fast but I don't brake much and these are like glue in a corner!

My local fitter advised the Nankang's as I was initially looking at BF Goodrich as they have "B" wet grip rating but there were none in the country and no expected delivery. The wet ratings are at summer temps which means that winter Nankang's with a "C" wet rating are much better than the summer Potenza's with an "A" wet rating when the temp is below 7degC. I decided to get some winter tyres after getting stuck the previous winter on Potenza's and discovering that trying to fit snow socks to a Fiesta ST when it's stuck in snow is not possible. This year I did not have much snow and the Potenza's would have coped but the car felt very sure footed. There were many mornings when the temp was below 7deg C and the Nankang's performed very well - much more confident than the Potenza's. Tyres gave very good braking and cornering grip, wet and dry. Slightly noisier than the Potentza's but not overly. Kept the tyres on from Nov-April and when they came off they looked like new. On returning to the Potenza's there is a noticeable improvement in grip, but now the temp is 10degC+ so is expected. Can't comment on the economy as most of the journeys are short and traffic dominates the mpg. I will definitely be refitting them for next winter.

Very soft rubber, great grip on ice and in the wet, good in the snow, with extra grip particles in the tread. Great tyre at a great price. Much better than the Toyo's that I had on before. This is my future brand.

Definitely the best tyres I've owned to date. I'm driving 28years and always had an issue or two with tyres, so decided to go for all season tyres online so I could see reviews and specs . Bought full set of 4 Rotalla after seeing reviews. I am not an overly cautious driver let's say, and I would take roundabouts at a fair enough speed, previous tyres would struggle on wet days. I instantly felt a huge difference on roundabouts, and grip on breaking on colder mornings . I'm extremely happy with the road grip and performance on sunny days AND colder frosty mornings. My car feels safer to drive for sure. I drive in city, rural and motorway roads regularly so I can say I have tested these tyres fully. At a guess I've done approx 2.5k+ miles on these tyres. Fuel efficiency has improved slightly, but my car is old, so wasnt expecting miracles. I'm changing cars soon and I just hope I can get these tyres or very close to, for the new car. That's how happy I am with them. Only reason I might have not given 5 stars all round is because I cannot judge the noise or fuel based on my own cars age and knowledge of noise level. Highly recommend tho, delighted I took the chance
