Identify the size of your tyre
The exact dimensions of a tyre can be found on the sidewall printed mark. The graphic shows how to read properties and dimensions of the tyre:

SPEED INDEX:
The speed index indicates the maximum speed intended for the tyre. Up to this value, the manufacturer guarantees optimum operation with the appropriate tyre pressure. The maximum speed allowed for this vehicle is given in the vehicle owner's manual; this information can be used to select the appropriate speed index for the tyre. The speed index is the last mark on the sidewall of the tyre.
 
Load Index
Permissible maximum axle load per tyre in kg. To be found in the registration certificate or vehicle registration document or read directly from the tyre (two-digit number). It is permitted to fit a tyre with a higher load index.
 
Driving safety despite puncture
Runflat tyres are puncture-resistant tyres with reinforced sidewalls. This creates the so-called run-flat property. In the event of damage, this allows the vehicle to continue driving up to a distance of approx. 100 km (and even beyond depending on the product) at a maximum speed of 80 km/h, even if the pressure has been completely lost. Run-flat tyres even prevent the tyre rubber from jumping off the rim in the event of a loss of air pressure. A flat tyre is therefore still a flat tyre, but it loses some of its drama. Note: All run-flat tyres are marked with the symbol "RSC" (Runflat System Component) and may only be fitted in vehicles with a functioning air pressure control system!
 
Tyres with increased load capacity
Reinforced tyres are designed for higher loads than normal tyres. They can be identified by the designation 'RF' (reinforced) or also 'XL' or 'Extra Load'. They are used on vans, minibuses, off-road vehicles, etc. However, their mounting alone does not automatically result in higher load capacity but also requires a correspondingly higher air pressure. Furthermore, the load capacity index specified in the vehicle documents continues to apply.
 
Tyres with extra high load capacity
The "C" in the term C tyres stands for "commercial". These tyres are specially designed for commercial vehicles. These can be, for example, lighter trucks, delivery vans, flatbed trucks or panel vans. In other words: vehicles that have to move higher loads at a comparatively lower speed. The multi-ply reinforced C tyres are therefore even more load-bearing than reinforced tyres.
 
Mobility-optimised tyres
A tyre with a sealing layer on the opposite side of the tyre tread. In the event of a puncture (e.g. by a nail), this layer blocks any loss of air, even if the foreign body causing the puncture is still in the tyre. It is not necessary to stop or change the tyres immediately at the roadside.

Bought these to supplement some identical branded ones with a 2021 date code. The newer tyres are made in India, have much thicker sidewalls, the rubber feels harder and they weigh noticeably more. I've put them on the back and they're ok, but the quality has certainly dropped.

I noted a vibration when over 60 MPH on the motorway, a few days after the tyres were fitted and balanced. i took them for rebalancing, but this did not stop the vibration sensed through the steering wheel. Jacking up the front wheels I found that one tyre had a flat spot about 70mm long and 3 mm deep. Instead of returning this for replacement it was quicker and more convenient to switch the tyre from front to back, the vibration was then not noticeable on the steering wheel. I have had this brand and type for years and this was the first problem.

I found the oversteer From these tyres is quite excessive. The tyre fitter warned me at the time of fitting that he had never fitted a tyre with such a soft wall and suggested I might encounter cornering issues, unfortunately he was right. I replaced Continental’s following an online recommendation but I think I will be returning to Continental tyres in future.

Car now relegated to daughters using it for general use. Fairly rural roads, with. mixed road surfaces. The XL rating of the tyre & tread pattern is good for going up a farm track to where the pony has stable.

4 tyres fitted to a small Kangoo van. They perform well for a slow, tough little van/car that is used for ferrying building materials and going to and from building sites. I don't drive fast or try to push the van beyond it's limits. For this purpose the tyyes are very adequate.

This was the second time I have purchased this set of winter tyres. Winter 2023 I drove across Czech republic where a heavy snowfall suprised us on the way. With those tyres absolutely no problem, felt safe.

Tyres have performed well so far it's still early January so haven't been able to test their performance in the snow yet but they feel reasuring in the wet the car needed tyres when we brought it so a wear comparison will be difficult but I expect then to wear quicker than standard tyres as the compound is bound to be softer on a winter tyre

Most of my driving is on country roads with varying conditions dry , wet , muddy and in winter snow and ice thrown into the mix . These tyres have handled everything and performed great for the price. Have had branded tyres before fitting these which cracked and perished and did not last as long .

In damp or wet on corners they handle very well but certain tarmac can feel it slide abit but not enough for you to panic but enough for you to know to back off Dry does very well like Midrange tyres depending what power car you got of course But got them on very cheap offer compare to other midrange all season they around £150 and I got theses from £130 to £98 if they wasn't on offer I wouldn't of brought them and if they needed replacing would I buy them again depends they don't go higher then £100 otherwise I get midrange tyres

I began using these tires last winter and drove them all over Europe, on both dry and snow-covered roads, including motorways and countryside routes. So far, I have driven approximately 7,000 km on them and have not encountered any issues. They perform reliably on snow, as well as on dry and wet surfaces. The noise level from the tires does not seem to be louder than that of other tires, although this may vary depending on the type of car you drive and its level of quietness. Additionally, the price was reasonable. Therefore, I will definitely consider purchasing these tires again in the future.

It's not a fast car so you push it round corners, I've got them on the back so more to do with floating. Dry/wet work well, when pushed you feel the blocks moving about so you know the limit, haven't pushed over that, tend to get small stones stuck in tread but never cause a prob, would I buy again, well yes.

This is not a sport tyre, it's an exellent tyre for older family cars like my Corolla. Quiet, reliable, durable and really safe in dry or wet conditions. Actually, is as good as Firestone Multihawk(or better). Probably the best model from this manufacturer so far. If you are more agressive driver, buy something like Nokian i3, Uniroyal Rainexpert or other tyre from other well known supplier. Adam

I have tried virtually every chinese built tyre over the years on my classic mini and they dont last more than 5000 miles. The rubber compound is too soft, I get through at least one set of tyres a year. They were cheap but are now getting more expensive. Tyres from mytyres are shipped from germany, not oxford, and mine took 6 weeks to arrive...
