The Landsail Winterstar is an SUV winter tyre. By adding silica to the rubber compound the tyre remains flexible, also at very low temperatures. The central arrow tread increases road holding and maximises braking on wet and snowy surfaces. The very large longitudinal grooves rapidly disperse water and snow, allowing grip, steering and braking to be maintained. The coarse rubber surface (3D technology) combined with additional sipes creates extra grip. This helps create better traction on snow and the car remains steerable. Small tread openings in the shoulders of the tyre prevent the tyre from slipping on a thin layer of water (aquaplaning). The Landsail Winterstar guarantees many safe winter kilometres.
