The Michelin Energy is Michelin's standard tyre for city cars, MPVs and family saloons.
Since its launch several years ago, Michelin has focused on the Energy's low rolling resistance compound, which helps reduce fuel consumption and the tyre's long product life.
As such Michelin markets the Energy as an environmentally friendly tyre. Indeed, the company claims that on average when compared to its principal European competitors vehicles fitted with Energy tyres can save up to 150 Kg in CO2 emissions.
